This was a crazy happy chocolate guy that we met in Paris. He literally had a handlebar mustache and a mo-hawk, it was so fun. I have never seen anyone so stinking happy, he was singing and downright chirpy. The chocolate was yummy! Loving these rub-ons from Basic Grey.
